If Satia turns out not to be what you expected, we will give you a full refund on up to one bag of product. You can return product for any reason at all, no questions asked.
Follow these steps for a refund:
1. Notify us that you would like a refund by emailing peter@satia.nyc
2. We will reply to you to confirm the details of your order and provide an address where the unused merchandise can be returned.
3. Pack the unused portion of product in a box and mail it to the provided address.
4. We will initiate a refund within 5 business days of receiving your package.
